Toledo City Council meeting is set at UT

Toledo City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the University of Toledo's Nitschke Auditorium.

Councilman Tom Waniewski arranged and pushed to have the meeting held on the campus. The meetings are usually held downtown at One Government Center in council chambers.

Mr. Waniewski said he has been trying to have council hold a meeting at the school for years. He is encouraging students and neighborhood groups to come to the meeting.
