State revokes license of Toledo insurance agent
10/26/2010COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Insurance has revoked the resident insurance license of a Toledo insurance agent for alleged violations of state insurance law.
Department Director Mary Jo Hudson said the license of Stephen Yoder was rescinded after an April, 2009, investigation revealed that he had misappropriated $1,838 in insurance premium payments. The license was revoked effective Oct. 7, the state insurance department said.
