Dudley's Diner brings $187,000 at auction

Dudley's Diner in Toledo sold for $187,000 to an unidentified bidder Tuesday.

The buyer has up to 45 days to close on the property at 415 South Reynolds Rd., said Pamela Rose of Pamela Rose Auction Co. LLC in Monclova Township. She said the buyer, who owns an unidentified restaurant, plans to maintain the restaurant's 1950s diner format.

Co-Owner Roger Turner said the restaurant will remain open through the real estate closing.
