Members of top management of Toledo-based Libbey Inc. are to ring the closing bell Tuesday at the New York Stock Exchange, to mark more than one year since the glass maker's shares returned to trading on the NYSE Amex exchange.

John F. Meier, Libbey's longtime chairman and chief executive officer, is to ring the bell at 4 p.m. to mark the Jan. 4 anniversary of the firm's relisting, a spokesman for the exchange said.
