BOWLING GREEN — A Rossford man who admitted to his role in fatally dragging and then striking a Toledo man with his car has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey this week sentenced Dominic Dilucia, 19, and revoked his driver's license for 18 years.

Dilucia had pleaded guilty in November to involuntary manslaughter and felonious assault stemming from the Nov. 7, 2009, death of Steven Jagodzinski, 25.

On Nov. 1, Mr. Jagodzinski was involved in an altercation at the Perrysburg Estates mobile home park on Lime City Road and was dragged about 18 feet by a car, then struck by the same car.

He never regained consciousness and died in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center six days later.
