Sandusky names Glass county's dog warden

1/27/2011

FREMONT — Sandusky County commissioners Thursday hired John Glass as the county's new dog warden.

Mr. Glass, who had worked in the county probation department, will take the place of Fred Harris, who resigned. A former Gibsonburg police officer, Mr. Glass is to be paid $13.51 hourly.

The deadline to buy dog licenses without late fees was extended until the end of February because some dog owners did not get renewal reminders by mail this year.
