Crime victims remembered

Mr. Burgete’s son, General Hurst, was murdered Dec. 31, 2006, in Toledo. ‘He never got the chance to meet his brother [Louis],’ Mrs. Burgete said. The rally Monday was planned to inspire victims of all crimes, from homicide and rape to domestic abuse.
