Document shredding to be offered by Better Business Bureau
4/14/2011The area Better Business Bureau, in partnership with AccuShred, LLC, AllShred Services, and Sears is hosting a Shred Day on Saturday for residents and businesses.
The event, set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., will be in the parking lot of the Sears store near Central Avenue and Secor Road.
Up to three bags or boxes of documents will be shredded free. Additional bags or boxes will cost $3 each. Computers and wires can be turned in for free; there will be charges for TV screen products: $5 for each recycled computer, $20 for televisions 27 inches or smaller, and $25 for larger sets.
