Mayor's group to visit Beijing, Shenzhen

Toledo Mayor Mike Bell’s administration Wednesday announced some details of his trip to China next month.

Mr. Bell and a delegation of local businessmen on May 18 will fly to Hong Kong and return May 27 from Shanghai, the mayor’s spokesman, Jen Sorgenfrei said.

A final itinerary has not been established, but the group expects to visit Beijing and Shenzhen. It is also attempting to coordinate a visit to Qinhuangdao, Toledo’s sister city. The mayor was in China last year for a trade mission with several businessmen.
