Suspicious death in Findlay home probed

FINDLAY — Police are investigating what they called a suspicious death in Findlay after a man was found inside a Howard Street home.

David Vanbuskirk, 45, was found dead inside 439 Howard St., around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, by an ambulance company, police said. Evidence at the scene and an investigation “suggested the death may not be from natural causes,” police said.

The autopsy was conducted Thursday at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office. Results are pending and had not been released.
