An ambulance rammed into an Old West End church Wednesday afternoon after an accident with a car at a nearby intersection.

Emergency crews survey the scene after an ambulance crashed into an Old West End church.

No injuries were reported as a result of Wednesday's crash, which occurred when the ambulance was involved in an accident with a car about 2 p.m., then hit the corner of the Church of the Living God at Collingwood Boulevard and Bancroft Street.

A witness said a woman who was driving on Collingwood and turning onto Bancroft failed to stop for the ambulance, which had its lights and siren activated. Toledo police were able to provide no further details.
