Truck driver injured in one-vehicle crash
6/13/2011LUCKEY, Ohio — The State Highway Patrol is investigating a serious-injury rollover crash that happened early Monday morning in Wood County.
Daniel Petersheim, 57, of Deshler, was driving a 2007 freightliner semi tractor and pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with steel coils about 1:14 a.m. when he crashed after failing to navigate a turn on U.S. 20 in Troy Township in Wood County.
Mr. Petersheim was taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt.
His condition was not immediately available.
