Findlay woman killed in 2-vehicle crash in city

FINDLAY — A 19-year-old Findlay woman has died in a two-vehicle crash, police said Friday.

Alicha M. Tuttle was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle accident Thursday night at the intersection of Lima Avenue and Carlin Street. She was a passenger in a car driven by Samuel J. Tuttle, 18.

Police said Mr. Tuttle pulled into the path of a westbound pickup truck driven by William F. Andrews, 69, of Rawson, Ohio.

Ms. Tuttle had to be extricated from the car. Mr. Tuttle refused medical transport but was later taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by private vehicle.
