Findlay investor chosen as Owens college trustee

COLUMBUS -- Findlay investor H. Richard Rowe, Jr., has been named by Gov. John Kasich to the board of trustees of Owens Community College. The former city council president was appointed for a term that will end on Sept. 21, 2016.
