Shannon Kane, the school leader for grades K-5 at Eagle Academy at 2014 Consaul St., gets dunked by Gary Fazenbaker, at right, as part of a fund-raising event at the 37th annual Birmingham Ethnic Festival at Consaul and Genesee Streets in East Toledo. The neighborhood celebration that ended Sunday featured food, Hungarian dancers, various bands, rides, and more.
