A 19-year-old Toledo woman was killed early Sunday morning in a one-vehicle crash in Perrysburg, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.

Chenille E. Mallett, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. She was northbound on I-75 just north of I-475 near Milepost 193, when her car went off the left side of the road. Ms. Mallet drove back onto the highway, but overcorrected, and went back off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle then went over a grassy median and struck a guardrail on the southbound side of I-75. The car flipped over onto its top in the middle of the three lanes of I-75 south.

Troopers said Ms. Mallett was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Two passengers, who were not immediately identified, were treated at nearby hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
