District 3 councilman to lead town-hall session

Toledo City Councilman Mike Craig, who represents District 3, is to lead a town-hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the East Toledo Family Center, 1020 Varland Ave.

Mr. Craig said city administrators will outline the city’s financial situation before opening the session for questions.
