About two dozen protesters including Richard Vibbard of Walbridge, left, and Nicholas Botek of Toledo rally outside the federal courthouse in Toledo to mark the one-year anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United vs. the Federal Election Commission. The ‘Occupy the Courts’ rally Friday was organized in opposition to the ruling that, in effect, said corporations have the same rights as private citizens regarding contributions to election campaigns.
