Bridge repairs will reduce part of southbound I-75 near downtown Toledo to a single lane for about 10 hours Saturday, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.
Starting at 6 a.m., the southbound left lane will be closed after the exit to the southbound Anthony Wayne Trail. The southbound entrance from Michigan Street/Anthony Wayne Trail also will be closed until the work is completed, estimated for 4 p.m.
Traffic is likely to be congested in the area, especially from mid-morning on. Motorists should consider using I-280 and State Rt. 795 as an alternative to taking southbound I-75 through Toledo.
