Bereavement group set at Toledo hospice center

A five-session bereavement group for those adjusting to life without their mates has been scheduled at Hospice of Northwest Ohio’s Toledo Center each Thursday evening in May.

The free group sessions are to be at 6 p.m. at the center at 800 S. Detroit Ave.

The discussion topics will include setting realistic expectations, overcoming loneliness after loss, and strategies on how to ask for help.
