BG man taken to hospital after barricading himself in apartment
5/15/2012BOWLING GREEN — A Bowling Green man was taken to the Wood County Hospital after he barricaded himself inside an apartment this morning.
Charges are pending against Justin Davis, 30, police said.
Police said that property managers at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Napoleon Road reported, at about 8:26 a.m., a man in Apartment 41 was screaming and yelling that he was going to kill himself.
Police responded and said a person could be heard inside but would not answer the door, according to Bowling Green police.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Special Response Team were called to the scene and took the suspect into custody.
