Nominations sought for ‘I Love BG' award
5/26/2012BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce is looking for people who love their city.
The chamber is accepting nominations for its annual "I Love BG" award, which recognizes an individual or organization for efforts to increase the visibility of the city and improve the quality of life for residents. The award is to be presented at the chamber's 2012 midyear meeting July 10, at which Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor is to speak.
Applications are available at bgchamber.net or at the chamber office, 163 N. Main St. Nominations are due by 5 p.m. June 19.
