FINDLAY -- With plans to form a post-traumatic-stress support group for combat veterans in Hancock County, a discussion about the disorder is scheduled for July 19 at 7 p.m. at the American Red Cross office, 125 Fair St.

The meeting is to include a discussion of the need for a support group, the resources available, eligibility for joining the group, and how families of veterans also can get help.

The Red Cross Armed Forces Family Network is joining with the Hancock County Veterans Services Office, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board, AMVETS Post 21, and the Toledo Vet Center in plans to offer the support group.
