Waterville drivers should watch out for intermittent traffic delays for the next several months as the city undergoes a $743,330 road construction project.

The project, which starts this week, is scheduled for completion Dec. 1. The city will build a left-hand turn lane on both State Rt. 64 and Pray Boulevard as well as make traffic signal upgrades, add pavement markings, and add a new signal pole.

The project will be paid for with $490,000 in private funds and $253,330 in Ohio Public Works Commission funds, said Kenny Blair, public works director.
