Collingwood Green takes shape

Construction continues on the new Collingwood Green development in Toledo.

Units for the Collingwood Green development continue to rise at Avondale and Division Street in Toledo. The project, which replaces the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Albertus Brown and Brand Whitlock Homes, will have 65 units of senior housing when finished in the spring.
