Presidential scholar to lecture at Owens

Presidential scholar George Edwards III is to give a free lecture on the presidential political process Thursday at the Owens Community College Toledo-area campus.

The lecture, Evaluating the Electoral College, is to start at 12:30 p.m. in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts Mainstage Theatre after a reception for Mr. Edwards at noon in the Rotunda.

Mr. Edwards is a university distinguished professor of political science at Texas A&M University.
