A new trial date was scheduled Tuesday for the three men charged with obstructing the investigation of the shooting death of a 1-year-old girl.

Keshawn Jennings, 20, of 244 Wasaon St.; James Moore, 20, of 2037 W. Terrace View St., and Antwaine Jones, 18, of 3145 Cottage Ave., each is charged with felony obstructing justice. Lucas County Common Pleas Court Judge Frederick McDonald scheduled a Nov. 13 trial date, noting that Tuesday's original trial date conflicted with the court's schedule.

Jennings also has a Nov. 11 hearing scheduled at which the judge will hear evidence regarding a motion to suppress his arrest.

The men remain out of custody after posting bond last month, each on electronic monitoring.

Authorities said they remain suspects in the Aug. 9 shooting death of 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and the wounding of her sister, Leondra, 2. To date, no additional charges have been filed.
