ACHIEVEMENTS

Stan Rinda has been named to the new position of vice president of relocation and brand development for Danberry Co., Realtors. Mr. Rinda has more than 20 years in the financial-services industry, specializing in marketing and business development for residential real estate and new construction.

A Rossford unit of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers was presented with an award during the union's recent national conference. Local Lodge 85 won the Charles W. Jones award, the highest honor bestowed on a Boilermaker local lodge, which is given annually to the local lodge that best uses the most safety and training programs for the betterment of members.

Joe Russell has joined Strategic Health Care as director of government affairs. The University of Toledo graduate was formerly a legislative aide to Ohio Rep. Barbara Sears.

The Standart Lofts building has received an Ohio Historic Preservation Award, according to the Toledo Warehouse District Association. BuildTech, which renovated the downtown building, will receive the award Saturday in Columbus.

GEM Energy of Walbridge will host the region’s first Critical Power and Data Center Summit from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 7 at the University of Toledo.
