Lucas Co. seeks to fill 2 spots on CCNO panel

Lucas County commissioners are seeking applicants to fill two vacancies on the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio advisory committee.

The terms are for three years and are to expire at the board’s annual meeting in February, 2014.

The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, known as CCNO, is a regional corrections facility established through cooperation among Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, and Williams counties, and the city of Toledo.

Among their duties, the Citizens Advisory Committee members advise the commission on the corrections center in Williams County and other commission matters.

Candidates must fill out the application for public volunteer form and enclose a detailed resume with the completed application form.
