New ProMedica exit opens to traffic

The ProMedica Parkway exit from westbound I-475, part of the freeway's on-going reconstruction, has opened today, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.

The exit is part of a new interchange that replaces four scattered ramps along I-475 immediately west of its I-75 junction in central Toledo. Three of the interchange's four ramps are now open, with the eastbound entrance expected to open by the end of this month.
