Heroes in Action volunteers send holiday cheer for the troops

Heroes in Action packs such boxes monthly; those being assembled Thursday at Calvary Church on Glendale Avenue have a Christmas theme, containing personal-care items, cookies, greeting cards, and a Santa Claus hat.
