The Recount of the Imagination Station levy was approved today by the Lucas County Board of Elections.

The levy passed with 298 votes, according to the recount.

Lori Hauser, the CEO of Imagination Station, said: "We're very pleased with the results."

She said the early renewal of the levy allows Imagination Station to book traveling exhibitions several years in the future.

The levy, which will cost the owner of $100,000 home roughly $5 a year, was rejected when votes from the Nov. 6 election were initially counted.
