Comments sought on small, public airports

FINDLAY — A meeting in Findlay on Thursday will be part of a series the state transportation department plans to gather comments on the management and funding of Ohio’s 97 publicly owned small airports.

ODOT’s Airports Focus Study seeks opinions from pilots, airport officials, and the public about the benefits local airports provide; the improvements they need, and any general concerns that exist about the airports and the state aviation system.

The meeting is from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Findlay Inn and Conference Center, 200 East Main Cross St.
