PET Bull Project holds open house today

1/19/2013

Toledo’s PET Bull Project is having an open house from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at its new office and training location, 12 E. Bancroft St.

Focused on preventing animal cruelty and encouraging responsible ownership, Toledo’s Prevention, Education and Training Project moved to be more accessible to areas of the city that have been linked to dog fighting, organizers say.

The open house will offer ear washes, nail trims, dog washes, and workouts on the mini-agility course. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcome to attend with their owners. Trainers will be on hand to discuss dog training programs for children and adults.
