Senior citizens invited to 4-County Career Center

A Senior Citizens Day will be held by the Four County Career Center on Feb. 12.

All senior citizens in the community are invited to visit the school for morning and afternoon activities, including lunch.

The morning session will be from 9:15 a.m. to noon; the afternoon session will be from 12:15 to 2:45 p.m.

For lunch, a soup and salad bar will be available at a cost of $3 a person. Many activities will be offered during the day.

Career center student ambassadors and tour guides will be available to join visitors in the activities and guide them throughout the building.

Seniors must register for the event by calling Janet Knierim at 419-267-2267. All registrations are due by Friday.

The career center offers 30 career and technical programs to high school juniors and seniors from 22 high schools in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams counties.
