Sylvania Chamber plans seminar on health-care-law rules

A seminar on health-care regulations is planned from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Sylvania Country Club, 5201 Corey Rd.

The Sylvania Chamber of Commerce is host of the event. Topics to be covered include changes in health-care regulations, details on insurance exchanges, and applicable tax issues and penalties. The meeting is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
