University of Toledo lands verbal commitment from quarterback with BCS options
1/25/2013The University of Toledo football program landed a verbal commitment from a quarterback who had several BCS options.
Michael Julian, of Hilton Head, S.C., chose the Rockets over an impressive list that includes Wisconsin, Clemson, Boston College, North Carolina State, and Arizona.
Julian is listed as 6-foot-5 and 190 pounds by Scout.com, which rates him a two-star prospect. He is not ranked by Rivals.com
Julian is the 19th member of UT's class and the second quarterback. Logan Woodside, a quarterback from Kentucky, enrolled at UT for the second semester.
