Dan Koehler of Sylvania jogs around Olander Park on an unseasonably warm January day. Wednesday's high of 63 at Toledo Express and 61.4 at The Blade building downtown, both set at 4 a.m., broke the date’s record of 56 set in 1880, when temperatures were recorded downtown. A cold front moving into the area was likely to drop temperatures to lows in the single digits tonight and highs in the 20s through the weekend with a chance of snow today and Friday.
