Man walks dogs while riding horse downtown to promote Professional Bull Riders' arrival in Toledo

John Wayne — yes, that’s his name — stops to let Ivy Soto pet his dogs as he rides his horse through downtown Toledo. Mr. Wayne was promoting the Professional Bull Riders’ arrival to the Huntington Center for their shows Friday and at 7:30 p.m. today at Huntington Center. Tickets — $22, $37, and $52 for adults and $12 for children 2-12 — are available at the box office.
