Injury crash briefly closes I-475 lane

Traffic has returned to normal on eastbound I-475 in Toledo after an injury crash briefly closed a lane today, authorities said.

The victim was taken to Toledo Hospital with injuries that did not appear life-threatening, Toledo police said. The name and condition were not released.

The crash occurred about 7:45 a.m. at the Promedica exit. The wreckage was cleared sometime before 8:45 a.m., by which time traffic returned to normal, police said.

The incident remained under investigation.
