Drainage work to close Central

Drainage repairs associated with the I-475 reconstruction project in West Toledo will close part of West Central Avenue for 48 hours, starting today, the city transportation division announced.

Central will be closed between Upton Avenue and Jackman Road beginning at 7 a.m., with traffic detoured via Upton, Berdan Avenue, and Jackman.

Reopening is scheduled for 7 a.m. Thursday.
