A Holland man arrested in the April 29 shooting death and robbery of Nathaniel Phillips in Toledo was indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Antonio Taylor, Jr., 19, of 347 Oak View Ct., was indicted for aggravated robbery, murder, aggravated burglary, and two counts of felonious assault, each of which carries a firearm specification.

Two 17-year-olds — Levi Jackson and Cody Ramsay — also are charged with delinquency in connection with murder and robbery and are expected to be certified to stand trial as adults. Mary Guthrie, 17, is charged with delinquency in connection with robbery.

Toledo police said at least two people were allowed inside an apartment on Twin Oaks Drive. The intruders struck one of three occupants on the head, shot Mr. Phillips, 21, to death and wounded Michael Kohlhofer, Jr., 19, of Holland.
