Otsego Park rental hall to get air conditioning

BOWLING GREEN — Thompson Stone Hall, a popular rental facility operated by the Wood County Park District, will have air conditioning installed by mid to late August.

The district board last week approved a $92,900 project to install air conditioning and replace blower units in the hall at Otsego Park.

The frequently used facility gets hot in the summertime and the project will allow the district to keep up with the times, park district Director Neil Munger said.

Marlin White & Sons Inc. of Fremont was awarded the contract for the work, he said.
