The Martin Luther King Bridge is back in service after being stuck in an up position for about an hour today because of an electrical problem on the east side of the span.

David Pratt, Toledo commissioner of streets, bridges, and harbor, said the problem occurred shortly after 1:30 p.m. and that he expected no further problems.
