Secor Road and Central Avenue intersection to reopen today
7/19/2013The current phase of construction at the intersection of Secor Road and Central Avenue will conclude by 1:30 p.m. today and all traffic lanes will be reopened, according to city and project officials.
Cars have been restricted to right turns only at the intersection since July 8, while trucks and buses have been directed to other routes as the intersection's middle has been rebuilt.
