The guided walking tour of the historic district of Waterville will be offered for the last time this summer on Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Robbins House museum at 114 S. River Rd.

The 1838 Robbins House and the 1834 Sargent House next door will be open from 9 a.m. until noon with docents from the Waterville Historical Society providing information to visitors. There is no charge for the events, but a $1 donation is requested for the illustrated brochure describing the architecture and history of the homes on the walking tour. The tour lasts about an hour.

The Robbins House is decorated to represent a typical pioneer home, and the Sargent House features displays of tools and construction methods used by early settlers, as well as pioneer occupations and Native American artifacts.
