Local memorial service for pets planned today

Tina Ferner, the founder of Canine Karma, is hosting a free pet memorial service today from 7 to 8 p.m. as part of the National Pet Memorial Day.

A ceremony will be held in honor of special pets that have died. Attendees are invited to bring a photo of the pet or pets they are remembering.

The event will be held at Canine Karma, 6128 Merger Dr., Unit C. To reserve a spot or for more information, call 419-290-8237.
