Vets hike 25 miles to Toledo to honor 9/11

Veterans Michael Lattea and fellow veteran Brian Stark donned fully loaded packs Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, for a 25-mile-long hike from Oak Harbor to downtown Toledo. Mr. Lattea is a founding member of the local Ruck for Warriors group. Members of the organization walk from city to city to raise awareness and prevention of military suicide. With support from members of the veterans's organization Team Red White and Blue, the pair chose the walk commemorate the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
