DUNDEE, Mich. -- A  Santa impostor is on the very naughty list after robbing the Bank of America in Dundee.

Dundee police Chief David Uhl said the man-- described as a slim, white male with scruffy facial hair standing about six-feet-tall -- robbed the bank at 232 Tecumseh Street around 2:15 p.m.

He wore a blue jacket over a white turtleneck and a dark-colored sweater. A handgun was tucked into the waistband of his blue jeans. The outfit was topped off with sunglasses and a red-and-white Santa hat which was pulled over his forehead.

Chief Uhl said the man didn’t say much to bank workers.

“He just told them to fill his bag with money,” he said.

Police do not know how much money he got away with or the direction he took when he left the building.

No one was injured during the robbery.
