Wood County water, sewer board gets new trustee

BOWLING GREEN — Wood County commissioners have appointed former Center Township Trustee Shad Ridenour to the board of trustees of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District.

Mr. Ridenour, a Realtor and auctioneer, will fill a term on the board created by the death of Alex Molner. The term runs through 2018.

County commissioners appoint three of the nine members of the board, which is responsible for the overall operation of the district, which serves 17,000 water and sewer customers.
